I'm not a standard person. Neither are you! Once upon a time, at the age of 34, I was a successful President and General Manager at Sara Lee. Everyone admired me. But it wasn't enough. There had to be more.

So, I made a radical shift. I dove into various exhaustive self-development and leadership training programs, applying them afterward to transform multinationals, hospitals, NGOs, and anything else that came my way into high-performing organizations. But still, it wasn't enough.

Because those transformations only lasted as long as their source, often the CEO and key personnel, remained. And they themselves only stayed transformed as long as we, the specialists nearby, remained. So, something intrinsic was missing. Something from within. I remained restless.

So, I turned inward. Meditating and all that goes with it. I traveled the world and eventually found it with the Maori in New Zealand. The Hidden Transit. And there, I also found my humanity and love for the planet. Business success hand in hand with peace of mind. Sustainable. Ultimately, it turns out to be the foundation for lasting success. And now, it's enough. Nothing is missing. And we can truly get to work.

The Healthcare Products, Northern Europe Division had been experiencing a rate of annual growth in sales of between 2%-5%. The Leadership Team decided to commit to becoming the fastest growing OTC (over the counter) while maintaining a strong #1 position in oral care (with heavy competition from P&G).

Results
